Ingredients:
Around 150g biscuits Calcium Cracker (approximately 8 sachets)
1/3 cup of melted butter
250g dark chocolate
200ml dairy whipping cream
1 big spoon of butter
Steps:
Tart
Crush all luxury calcium cracker biscuits and put melted butter.
Put them into a bowl and mix.
Spread the mixture evenly in a mold and chill in the freezer about 30 minutes.
Ganache
Melt dark chocolate, dairy whipping cream, and 1 big spoon of butter together in a pot using a double boiler method.
Put the mixture on the tart.
Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator overnight.
